Today, Mrs. Alonso's Spanish students stepped outside of their comfort zones and embraced being Risk-Takers! They challenged themselves to speak Spanish with classmates by interviewing each other about foods they like and don’t like to eat. For many of them, speaking another language with their peers can feel intimidating, but they took the chance, made mistakes, laughed, and kept going. That’s what language learning is all about! So proud of them for taking that risk and putting their Spanish into action. 🐴#WeAreBaker

They watched closely for clues like color changes, temperature changes, bubbles, and the formation of new substances. Lots of great observations, questions, and scientific thinking happening today!🔬 # WeAreBaker #BakerisIB
