Required Vaccinations for 7th Grade

For the 2021-2022 school year, Texas mandates that 7th grade students are required to have one dose of meningococcal (MCV4) on or after the student’s 11th birthday and a Tdap booster within the last 5 years.  Documentation is needed prior to the first day of the new school year, whether face-to-face or virtual. Please call the clinic 878-4604 if with any questions.

Athletics Information
